ResponsibilitiesDevelop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Take total ownership of the product development lifecycle from start to finish.Partner with the Hi-Rel Division PMO lead to track critical project metrics/KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement, and manufacturability). Participate in Annual Operation Planning to estimate, forecast, and manage project/portfolio spending to ensure alignment with forecasts.Build trust and collaborate closely with functional leadership to identify and remove execution roadblocks, mitigate risks, and continuously improve team efficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional peers across other business groups to harvest best practices and lessons learned, ensuring the Hi-Rel Product group remains in sync with global "One Renesas" methodologies, tools, and systems.Partner with Demand Creation, Sales, and Marketing to align execution and sample priorities with market and customer needs. Guide the team in preparing RFI/RFQ responses for key business opportunities.Effectively communicate project status updates to leadership, the core team, and across the organization. Escalate potential issues early to address them before they impact execution metrics or require crisis management.
