Conduct wet bench experiment designed by the laboratory investigator and assist lab members with their experiments. Perform RT-qPCR, Western blot, molecular cloning, flow cytometry, tissue culture work, immunofluorescence, and confocal imaging, harvest primary cells, work with murine models, maintain murine colonies, and prepare data for these studies.
Perform dry bench work such as data analysis, presentation, and management.
Use Excel and Prism to statistically analyze and present data. Help provide data and figures for manuscripts with the investigator.
Maintain all supplies to make sure required materials are stocked.
Receive and properly handle reagents.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of scientific equipment.

Ability to communicate clearly through oral presentation and technical writing.

Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
