Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Management Specialist in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you'll be tasked with overseeing supplier accounts, engaging in supplier negotiations, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of our supply chain operations.Responsibilities: Oversee and administer supplier accounts to maintain a smooth supply chain process Engage in supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions Use Microsoft Excel for managing and tracking supply chain data Implement and review quality control measures within the supply chain Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure supply chain objectives are met Utilize Project Management skills to plan and execute supply chain tasks Exercise leadership skills to guide the supply chain team Ensure security measures are in place within the supply chain operations Source suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs Communicate effectively with all involved in the supply chain process Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery Monitor performance targets and apply performance management strategies as needed in the supply chain operations.
