Description We are seeking an On Call Sales Greeter for our team located in Palm Coast, FL. As an integral part of our sales team, this role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high-quality experience. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers visiting the sales center, setting the tone for a luxury customer experience. Register homeowners who display an interest in purchasing a home. Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls. Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sales team. Maintain the appearance of the model home to ensure it is presentable and welcoming. Prepare and organize sales brochures for customer distribution. Adapt quickly to last-minute requirements, ensuring the smooth running of the sales center. Be available on an on-call basis to cover for sales consultants during their absence. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
