We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable internet connection.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully pass a 7-year background check.
Possess a laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work.
Successfully pass a customer service skills assessment test.
Work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Able to start training within 7-10 days
