Treasure Island Resort Condominium is looking for a Common Area Cleaner. Do you like to clean? Are you a team player? Do you like working outside? This is an outdoor job and duties can change daily. We are looking for someone who is presentable, with a good attitude, and great communication skills as we work to keep our resort clean and safe for guests and owners.

Duties are subject to change, but will include some of the following:
Cleaning restrooms, gym, elevators, and lobbies regularly
Taking out trash, cleaning trash room, and helping rotate dumpsters
Communicating over walkie talkie
Lifting objects that may weigh as much as 50 lbs.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Climbing stairs and ladders
Using cleaning supplies in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations
Reading, understanding, and performing tasks that are assigned to you
Keeping the dog park clean, and inspecting the perimeter of the resort
This job is focused on taking care of all areas of the resort that are visible, so our owners and guests alike can enjoy their stay at Treasure Island and the world's most beautiful beaches!

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
