Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Associate at Ebro Card Casino and Race Book, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas within the poker room, lounge, and associated facilities, including gaming tables, restrooms, seating areas, and common spaces.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces to ensure a tidy and presentable environment for our guests.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Monitoring and replenishing restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate supervisor for prompt resolution.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a hazard-free environment for both employees and guests.
Collaborating with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding the reputation of Ebro Card Casino and Race Book through exemplary performance.
