We are a local, growing, building and renovation company looking for full time positions in the following:
1) General construction labor - This position will help work with crew leads to complete jobs by cleaning, moving material, using power tools, etc.... we are looking for people who want to learn everything from building homes to finish work in order to grow with the company. We are NOT looking for people who are only looking for a paycheck. No or little experience is ok.
2) LEAD CARPENTERS: This position shall have at least 10 years experience in all aspects of construction and will lead a crew to complete projects and help the crew learn what you know! Our crew leads are expected to finish out jobs with pride and make sure we are paying attention to finish detail, tasking the crew to complete the job on time.
3) Drywall hangers and finishers: This position will be focusing strictly on our installation of insulation and sheet rock. Must know how to texture (knockdown, stipple, popcorn, etc....) We are looking for a few people and also we want sheet rockers who also can perform or are willing to learn in other areas of construction considering this is full time and will be needed for other tasks.
ALL of these positions are full time and we work Monday - Friday 40 hour work weeks but hours are typically 6:30-3:00. These are NOT 1099 positions. Must have reliable transportation and a WANT to work and grow. Must not bring drama and be able to work consistently and keep a clean job site.
