Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the companys obligations through the timely and effective delivery of our cleaning, repairing and restoration services.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Photograph, identify and inventory customers contents
Wrap, package and label contents for transport to cleaning facility
Unwrap, assess and clean contents
Identify, re-wrap, package and label cleaned contents
Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Inspect completed work
Complete daily log
Pack out and Pack in of customer belongings
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Services may include but are not limited to:
Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration complete
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Respond to emergency calls in a timely and professional manner
o Take care to protect and not damage customers personal belongings
o Remove all residue and odor from contents
o Follow warehouse procedures for cleaning, handling and storing contents
o Repack contents after they have been cleaned
o Clean your workstations before leaving the shop
o Keep warehouse clean and organized
o Assure all warehouse procedures are followed
o Be proactive in addressing concerns
B) On location cleaning: o Take care to protect and not damage customers contents
o Formulate a plan based on the loss at hand and can justify why the plan was used
o Clean smoke residue from contents and structure
o Follow procedures for cleaning structure and contents and handling customers possessions.
o Do a thorough and complete job in cleaning smoke residue
o Keep the job site clean and professional. Leave the job site clean at the end of the day. Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property
o Determine the proper procedure for cleaning contents and structure based on the loss at hand
Decision Rights and Authority
Determine the sequence of steps to be taken to perform contents cleaning and restoration for the customers property
Working Relationships and Scope
Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Project Managers, Supervisors or Managers

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Experience
Must pass background check
High school (or GED) diploma.
Mathematical skills
Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
Computer skills
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
