MAINTENANCE AT APARTMENTS. ASSIST MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
YES, ITS $15 TO START! Don't tell me its not enough for how good you are. Come
and prove it and we may/will pay more. I always get a lot of responses from people
who say they want to come to work and then I say "ok" and then they don't show up, if
you are one of those please don't contact me at all and save us both the time and bother.
Skills: If you have some maintenance skills you go to the top of the list. If you can
paint, do minor carpentry, minor mechanics, etc, you go to the top of the list.
Basically I guess you would say we need a "jack of all trades" kind of person. We
have apartments so some days we are mowing lawns, some days cleaning, painting,
etc.
Hours are somewhat flexible but you need to be here when you say you will.
Failure to show up and not text to let someone know you are not coming gets
you fired; we have to plan work and can't do that when we don't know who is coming.
Transportation: Must have your own reliable car/truck and a valid driver's license.
Please do not apply if you do not have a vehicle you can bring to work and keep at work
with you. We have tried giving employment to those who ride bicycles or count on others for
rides and it just doesn't work out for us or them.
No drama: If you have a bad back, family issues that interrupt your work hours, drinking,
drugs, etc. please do not come work here - you won't last long.
There IS a background check but your record doesn't automatically disqualify you. Serious
drug charges, violence, theft will.
Would prefer a non-smoker.
Cash money paid daily.
