Need occasional help with showings to prospective tenants, move-in and move-out inspections, inventories of personal property, and related property management tasks for residential rental property in Panama City. Background in real estate, property maintenance, or handyman, roofing, plumbing, carpentry, repair, or construction skills would be a plus, but is not required. The ideal candidate will be personable, responsible, have transportation, and be available on an as needed basis. Nonsmoking, sober, and drug-free only, with clean record.
