Hurricane Michael hit October 10, 2018. It has been almost 5 months since the storm. Look around at all of the homes and businesses with blue tarps. If they all think they are getting their roofs replaced in the next couple of weeks then a lot of people are in for a rude awakening. Our company is still shrink wrapping homes in south Florida from hurricane Irma ( Sept 10, 2017).

This is the easiest sale you will ever make. The property owner is Required by their insurance provider to protect their home or business from further loss. If they have any water getting into their roof then there is more damage happening and if the property owner does not take the necessary measures to stop the damage from happening then the insurance company can deny the claim and the property owner will be stuck paying for all repairs.
The only thing you have to do is talk with the property owner and have them give us permission to shrink wrap their roof and collect certain information so we can invoice the insurance company.
