Hurricane Michael hit October 10, 2018. It has been 6 months since the storm. Look around at all of the homes and businesses with blue tarps falling apart. If they all think they are getting their roofs replaced in the next couple of weeks then a lot of people are in for a rude awakening. Our company is still shrink wrapping homes in south Florida from hurricane Irma ( Sept 10, 2017).
There is Not Enough Skilled Labor to replace all of the roofs damaged from hurricane Michael in the next year. The property owner is Required by their insurance provider to protect their home or business from further loss. If they have any water getting into their roof then there is more damage happening and if the property owner does not take the necessary measures to stop the damage from happening then the insurance company can deny the claim and the property owner will be stuck paying for all repairs.
