Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Bay Cabinets and Millworks, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers bring their dream kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces to life. You will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and guiding them through the cabinet selection process. Your expertise and excellent customer service will contribute to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their cabinetry needs.
Educate customers on our products and services, including custom cabinet design, material options, and finishes.
Assist customers in selecting the right cabinets to match their design preferences and budget.
Generate and follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of cabinet design and construction is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer commission and bonus opportunities, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and ongoing training and development.
