Join RoofPro Roofing as a Roofing Sales Specialist & Project Manager! We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in sales and project management to deliver top-notch roofing solutions to our clients in the Pensacola - Destin - Panama City area. Whether you're an experienced professional or someone eager to learn, we welcome all applicants!
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Project Management: Oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
- Client Interaction: Conduct site assessments, present proposals, and explain roofing options to clients. Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. Participate in final inspections and address any client concerns.
- Administrative Duties: Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. Utilize AccuLynx CRM to manage all jobs effectively, with training provided for those unfamiliar with the software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing sales and project management is preferred, but we will train anyone interested in learning.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes is a plus.
- Must be able to safely climb a ladder and climb onto roofs.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma.
- Legally qualified to work in Florida.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Computer skills, including a laptop and smartphone.
- Professional appearance.
- Determination, drive, and ambition.
- Desire to earn six figures, over $100,000.

Location
This position is based in the Pensacola - Destin - Panama City area, with travel required to client sites.
