Currently looking for experienced finish carpenters to assist on a cabinet and countertop installation project on Tyndall AFB. We have approx. 4 weeks left on this project, then we can keep you busy year-round on other projects nationwide. The majority of our work is on military bases.
NATIONWIDE INSTALLERS
-Must have extensive knowledge of commercial cabinet and countertop installation.
-Must have extensive knowledge of the following materials: PLAM, WOOD, HINGES, SLIDES, PULLS, CORIAN COUNTERTOPS, PLAM COUNTERTOPS, QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS, DIV06, TOILET PARTITIONS, INTERIOR SIGNAGE, DIV10
-Must have extensive knowledge of the following equipment: DRILLS, NAIL GUN, HAND TOOLS, SKILLSAW, DRILLS, ORBITAL SANDER, PROP STICKS, SEAM PULLERS, LAZER LEVELS, SQUARE
-Must have working vehicle with valid registration and insurance
-Must have working tools
-Must have clean background (no felonies)
-Must be able to get on military bases
-Must be drug free
-Must have strong communication skills
-Must have strong organizational skills
-Must be able to read architectural drawings, specs and submittal drawings
-Must be able to do material take offs
-Must plan and execute safe productive weeks
-Must understand plumb, level and square
-Must be available for travel
-Must have PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, class 2 safety vest, safety toe boots, gloves
-Must be able to lift heavy objects 75 lbs +
