30A Perfect Transport is seeking professional and reliable Chauffeurs to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation services to our clients. The Chauffeur must possess excellent driving skills, impeccable customer service, and a thorough understanding of traffic regulations and routes.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely transport clients to their destinations in a comfortable and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean vehicle at all times, including regular interior and exterior cleaning.
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
4. Plan accordingly to ensure timely arrivals for clients, considering traffic conditions and road closures.
5. Load and unload luggage or other belongings for clients as needed.
6. Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service skills at all times, including polite and respectful communication with clients.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, including appropriate attire and grooming standards.
8. Keep accurate records of mileage and expenses, and submit necessary documentation in a timely manner.
9. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and address any client requests or changes to itineraries.
10. Be knowledgeable about local points of interest, restaurants, hotels, and other relevant information to assist clients as needed.
Requirements:
1. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record for past 3 years.
2. Experience as a professional driver, preferably in black car services or executive transportation.
3. Possess a smartphone and know how to load and use various apps.
4. Excellent knowledge of 30A and surrounding area.
5. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful driving situations.
7. Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled appointments and pick-up times.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry luggage and other items as needed.
9. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Professional appearance and demeanor.
11. Excellent night vision including during inclement conditions.
12. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by the company.
