USING YOUR OWN VEHICLE, stop at clinics listed in the image above and collect any specimen that the clinic has. Once ALL clinics have been visited, transport them to a testing lab in Panama City.
Some clinics require you to come all the way in and collect the specimen yourself. Clinics that have you "self-serve" keep their specimen in a refrigerator. Other clinics will have you check in with the front desk receptionist, where they will then get up and retrieve the specimen for you. Some clinics simply place all specimens for pickup in a lockbox outside of the clinic for you to collect yourself with a key.
Supplies include large bags, rubber bands, and a key for the lockbox.
Icepacks are usually available from the clinics when needed, but I will give you a small supply to keep in rotation, freezing them overnight, and keeping them at the bottom of a cooler is traditional. YOU WILL NEED A COOLER, but you can start without one until you can get it.
A FUEL EFFICIENT CAR IS A MUST, unless you're retired or have an economical living situation to which you only need a full tank of gas and a little spending money for the day. This job is BEST for people who are RETIRED, IN SCHOOL, IN BETWEEN WORK, LIVING WITH FAMILY, HAVE A 1st or 3RD SHIFT JOB, etc.
Pay is weekly. 1st week is held by 50% on payday of 2nd week, the remaining balance will be paid on the 3rd week, and your full balance of all weeks after 1 will be paid on Friday of every week forward. Backup drivers are always needed and will be compensated within 72 hours of the completion of their route, unless they cover a full week. Work periods are Sunday - Saturday. This route is M-F only! The route rate is $76/day, $380/week if ran M-F. THIS RATE IS COMPRISED OF TIME AND MILES FOR THE ROUTE ITSELF. RATES DON'T INCLUDE YOUR DISTANCE TO OR FROM ANY POINT OF THIS ROUTE. Gas reimbursement is given when local fuel prices exceed the national average.
This particular route starts in Bonifay with 1 clinic, Chipley for 2 and ends in Panama City to drop off. Marianna has 1 stop and may require a visit occasionally, averaging twice a month. The route itself is roughly 70 miles and should only take 1.5 hours to complete.
Other routes may become available and we always try to hire from within.

A backup driver is preferred!
If you don't have a backup driver YOU must give me 6 hours notice if you cannot make your route on time if at all before your shift starts. Fines or pay delay may be a result of poor communication.
THIS ROUTE PAYS $76/DAY worked and is M -F ( only MAJOR holidays off)
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS THE JOB LONG TERM, but if you only need to fill in some "financial gaps" please share that! You won't be disqualified if you need to work short term, I only need to know to make plans!
This is a 1099 position. You will be brought on as a subcontractor for a master contractor.
A background chec,k motor vehicle history and drug screen will be given to all subcontractors from the parent company. The screening process itself can take 5 business days(+/-).
