Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Pembroke Park, Florida. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing administrative support across the organization. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining and organizing files, and handling other administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Serving as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones and greeting guests. Processing mail and preparing shipments. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to create and maintain organized files. Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer inquiries. Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Utilizing data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records. Providing concierge services to guests. Offering administrative assistance for event planning, ordering supplies, and scheduling. Executing tasks proactively and maintaining a positive attitude. Utilizing interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth operation of the front desk. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks Experience in answering multi-line phone systems Familiarity with concierge services Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints and queries Proficiency in data entry tasks Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and maintaining records Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Must have strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have strong time management skills.
