What You’ll Do
Welcome customers, showcase vehicles, and explain features, warranties, and services.
Conduct test drives and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including trade-ins and follow-ups.
Manage daily sales operations: internet leads, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude that motivates the team.
Ensure sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred).
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Internet/CRM proficiency.
Professional appearance and customer-focused personality.
