Diamond Virtual Solutions is hiring remote call center agents for customer service/phone support roles servicing the Intuit TurboTax client. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that pays hourly!
Each applicant must have previous customer service experience and be able to pass a background check. There is a $30 background check fee that applies. As an independent contractor, you must supply your own equipment which consists of a hardwired laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection, and a USB headset.
Full training will be provided for this role that will be conducted Mon-Fri and lasts for 2 weeks. The second week of training will be paid!
