This is an on-site job in Pensacola, Florida US.
We are in need of a VPK teacher starting August 15. Candidate must already have all Florida DCF required hours (50 hours of training for licensing) and be able to be qualified now as VPK staff. We are looking for teachers who:
Profess and exhibit a living and active personal relationship with Jesus Christ – as evidenced in the teacher’s mission-oriented mindset, regular worship participation at a Christian church, and personal spiritual habits of Bible study and prayer
Support the outreach and discipleship mission of Grace Lutheran Church and its Preschool
Demonstrate an authentic love for working with preschool children, supported by teaching skills to build children’s growth across the developmental domains – including nurturing children’s spiritual growth through modeling, teaching, and praying with students and families
This is an 18-20 hours per week part-time preschool teaching position. Our school is in session mid-August through May; main preschool sessions are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Thursday (Fridays off!).
