Job Title: Documentation Specialist (HR)Location: Pensacola, FLHybrid: 2-3 days onsitePay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 optionsPosition Type: Multiyear ContractDescription:To support the business by participating in the development and follow-up analysis of policy and process updates. To provide end-user support for manuals and Client Systems. Works under limited supervision. Uses moderate discretion to modify work practices/processes. Serves as subject matter expert for many business functions, systems, policies, and/or procedures Collaborate in the research, analyze, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, API documentation, and technical specifications. Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product functionalities. Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of documentation standards and best practices. Collaborate with implementation and coordination of knowledge management activities/processes to include content analysis, document management, data capture, and customer reporting. Collaborate in managing multiple documentation projects ensuring timely delivery.
