Cetacean Cruises is accepting applications for crew members. Our crew members cross-train as both bartenders and deck hands for our dolphin cruises AND our sailing excursions. This job is performed entirely outdoors- join us for some fun in the sun! We are located at The Wharf Marina in Orange Beach, and we cruise in Wolf Bay and surrounding waters.
Our crew members work seamlessly with Captain to ensure the safety and positive experiences of our passengers. We strive to provide the most hospitable environment for our passengers, and we do this by maintaining a clean boat and bar area, providing friendly customer service, and maintaining an open line of communication with management to ensure the seamless running of day-to-day operations. Our ideal individual has flexibility in their schedule, as well as weekend availability. Boating and bartending experience is a plus, but is not required!
Ideally, one should have the capability to lift at least 30 lbs., and the endurance to work outside for long periods of time, especially during the summer season. If not currently CPR certified, must become certified before first scheduled shift.
While our busy season is March through September, we operate year-round.
This position pays a set wage with opportunities to earn gratuity.
