Job Descriptions:
Manages customer transactions, processes payments, and provides customer service at a point of sale
Handle cash and other forms of payment, and ensure accurate transactions
Assist with other tasks, such as stocking shelves and maintaining a clean checkout area, and may resolve customer issues or answer questions.
Greeting customers, answering phone, questions, providing assistance, and resolving complaints or issues
Managing cash drawers, making change, and ensuring accurate cash counts at the beginning and end of shifts.
Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Assisting with returns, exchanges, or other customer requests, and potentially stocking shelves or other tasks as needed.
