Our Business is in the need of a Manager who is available days/evenings/weekends.
Candidate must:
be able to manage a team of 15-20 full/part-time team members. Assist employees in providing excellent customer service to our long term and new guests and be able to demonstrate leadership of the team.
understand and enforce operational policies and procedures through coaching and setting the lead example.
manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
understand both FOH & BOH operational standards and able to properly act on deficiencies when noted.
administer and oversee training of each employee to ensure compliance with company standards as well as state and federal food handling requirements and regulations.
have an understanding of basic POS systems, Open Table reservation Systems, and work with front hosts, servers, and/or cooks as needed.
maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards. Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintain clean and effective store presentation.
work with other management and ownership on operations including menu management and introduction and marketing of new menu items.
be able to handle a multiple of customer service issues with professionalism, monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up.
Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory.
Demonstrate professional behavior and maintain positive attitudes at all times in regard to guests, staff and upper
management.
