Seville Quarter, Pensacolas Premier Entertainment and Dining Complex is looking for a Night Operations Manager. The Manager, as part of the operations management team, is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and operational performance to our customers and business. In all daily activities you will strengthen consistency and performance throughout the staff, drive sales, control costs and maintain the high standards set by Seville Quarters Leadership, while ensuring a fun, inviting and entertaining experience for our guests.

Specific Job Responsibilities
Ensure complete guest satisfaction, providing every customer with a quality experience that is consistent and in line with Company standards
Supervise, train and direct Seville Quarters door staff and admissions process.
Supervise and manage the food, beverage and entertainment operations and staff on assigned shifts.
Administer Company practices and policies and sees to the adherence of all, to include opening/closing duties, accountability and reporting.
Organize and communicate necessary information, promotions and events to front line staff.
Observe, maintain, and increase productivity while driving sales.
Respond to inquiries from all customers and employees.
Oversees venues and rooms of entertainment to ensure that the health, safety and security of guests and employees are secured at all times.
Understands and obeys all federal and state employment laws applicable to the business to include the Responsible Vendor and Food Handler programs and protocols.
Partners with other Management and Ownership on employee, business and operational issues.
Requirements and Relevant Work Experience:
3+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant, bar, nightclub or hospitality industry
Drug-Free Workplace
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs a plus
Enthusiastic about working with people
Ability to create a fun environment for customers and staff
Self-motivated and highly-energetic
Great organization and communication skills
