Parkway Dental is searching for another team member with a passion for dental care that can take on a busy schedule and provide excellent dental care to our patients. This position will be responsible for assisting the dental team with chairside duties using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety, taking dental radiographs (x-rays), advising patients on oral healthcare, presenting treatment plans, performing basic laboratory tasks, applying appropriate sterilization techniques, and using electronic medical record software to maintain patient records. They must be able to effectively communicate and work professionally with the team, doctor, and patients. Also, have a strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program, or equivalent training or experience.
Experience with Dentrix preferred but not required.
This is a full-time Dental Assistant position in Navarre, FL.
