I currently own a group home for adults with intellectual disabilities located in Milton Florida. I'm looking for someone who would be interested in being a "live-in" staff member Monday-Friday with weekends off. The pay starts at $68,640 a year. The staff member would get paid a biweekly rate of $2,640. A pay increase would occur every year. No experience needed, but some experience preferred. We will provide and pay for all training needed. Live-in staff would be responsible for taking care of five (5) male residents. All residents are mobile and can ambulate themselves. All residents leave during the day to go to a day program and return later in the afternoon. Some of these residents can exhibit behaviors such as cussing, yelling, etc when upset. So looking for someone who can navigate these behaviors appropriately. Responsibilities and qualifications required are listed below.
