I currently own two group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities located in both Milton and Pensacola Florida. I'm looking for someone who would be interested in being a "live-in" staff member Monday-Friday with weekends off. As this is predominately a female group home, we are looking for a female employee. The pay starts at $62,400 a year. If the employee wishes to live in the group home as a primary residence to save money and chooses to be live-in seven days a week, the pay will start at $87,360 per year. No experience needed. We will provide and pay for all training needed. Responsibilities and qualifications required are listed below. Teaching skills to promote independence
Supporting community inclusion and integration
Assisting with daily living needs
Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
Provide guidance and support in daily activities
Qualifications Include:
18 years of age or older
Able to pass a level 2 background screen
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
