We are seeking a motivated Local Delivery Driver to manage deliveries for the company. This position requires a responsible individual who is committed to delivering high-quality service and can handle various driving tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently to transport product to local addresses and make overnight deliveries.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, adjusting for traffic, weather, and other conditions as necessary.
Load and unload product, ensuring items are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
Perform routine vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address any delivery-related concerns.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
Flexibility to overnight runs.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manuever product.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
