Performance skills and qualifications:
Ability to reliably get to and from work every day and on time. We start at 7am each morning. Being at work and on time everyday is an absolute must.
Two years' of verifiable experience in the lawn maintenance or landscaping industry.
Proficient with commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and hedgers.
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds consistently throughout the day.
Available to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Know how to help foster a positive work environment to get along and work well with others.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Job Description
Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks daily.
Use equipment safely and professionally in performing lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks.
Properly manage Personal Protective Equipment use.
Work with a Crew Leader to ensure all work is efficiently and accurately completed.
Accurately record job site times on a daily basis.
Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, string trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, and raking.
Work with and assist other crews on an as needed basis.
Have fun and help foster a positive, professional, and team environment.
Crew Leader Position
Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive large vehicles and trucks with an attached trailer.
GI-BMP certified with Fertilizer License (highly desired)
Limited Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (highly desired)
3-4 years verified lawn maintenance and landscaping experience
Must pass a drug test.
Clean background check needed to service several properties (Highly Desired)
Lawn Tech positions starting at $11.00/hour with final compensation based on experience and illustrated performance ability. Opportunity for long term growth and advancement.
