Reflections Landscaping is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking experienced, hard-working professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring Drainage & Irrigation Technicians and Job Supervisors who take pride in quality work, communicate effectively, and desire to grow with a well-established, respected company.
TECHNICIANS
Pay: $17–$23 per hour to start, based on experience and performance + bonuses
Schedule: 40–60 hours/week, weekends off
Requirements:
Experience with French drain and channel drain installation, downspout redirection, and stormwater control
Familiarity with irrigation systems – installation and repair
Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Must be confident driving trucks with trailers
Must be drug-free, dependable, and ready to work outdoors in various conditions
JOB SUPERVISORS
Pay: $20–$30 per hour to start, based on experience and performance + bonuses
Schedule: 40–60 hours/week, weekends off
Additional Requirements:
All technician skills listed above, PLUS:
Proven experience managing 3–5 man crews on job sites
Ability to read scopes of work, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with clients and the office
Leadership mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus
