Hiring for Maintenance positions! Looking to hire TWO maintenance technicians for 2 mobile home communities in Pensacola. MUST HAVE A VALID DL and CLEAN BACKGROUND. Position will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends, no overtime. Benefits including health, dental, PTO and paid holidays available after 90 days. Starting pay $15-$16 an hour. Must be willing to show up to work each day, be on time and willing to learn. Seeking someone with general maintenance knowledge such as basic carpentry skills and basic plumbing skills. Daily work orders may include but not limited to minor household repairs such as patching walls, repairing minor leaks, flooring repairs, etc. In addition, each morning a part of your daily routine will be picking up trash and making sure the property curb appeal is maintained, no landscaping or lawncare just making sure common areas are free from trash and look presentable.
