Part-time Condo Housekeeper Needed
A local, well-established family owned and operated short-term condo rental business is seeking to add one housekeeper to the team. Husband and wife owners are extremely quality oriented, and roll up our sleeves and play an active role in guiding the process. Absolute top pay is guaranteed to the right person. We own four 2 BR condos at Indigo Condominiums in Perdido Key, FL. Each Saturday is changeover day for weekly guest stays and we start cleaning as soon as guests start to depart. We are willing to pay top dollar because we want the best of the best, great attention to detail, early riser, early to start – show up on time and ready to work. You must be able to follow our cleaning protocol and work anywhere from 5 to 8 hours each Saturday. Work always starts no later than 10 am, but often starts as early as 7 am or 8 am. You will be working directly with us, the personal owners of these condos. We will give you clear direction, complete supplies and equipment, and a great work environment. You can expect thorough training. You must be able to work diligently and efficiently without constant supervision. While some amount of floating between condos (in the same building) is required, for the most part you will be assigned one of our four condos on a permanent basis. We also have work for you on days other than Saturdays, if you are interested. We can easily keep you scheduled for up to 25 hours per week – but the main need is the Saturday condo cleanings.
