This entry-level position requires no skills and the employee will receive training for accomplishing basic warehouse tasks revolving around the receiving and shipping of small UPS boxes and large LTL freight. This position is offered at a higher pay-rate than any other unskilled labor position in Pensacola. As such, candidate must arrive on-time to work, work 40 hours per week without excuses for missing work, and stay busy at all times. This position is not easy; this is not a gravy-job. Applicant must be capable of easily lifting 75 lbs and working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse. If you are not a high-performer looking to join a team with other people who do not struggle to find motivation and arrive to work a little early each day, this position is not right for you. We do not offer health benefits at this time, but we do offer paid holidays after 90 days and a week of vacation after 1 year. Forklift certification puts you at the top of the list.
