Leadership is rewarded. Seriously, not just a saying.
We right now need full time help with pressurewashing and other associated restoration services. We really need a person with a hard working background and a strong physical ability because the pressure washers are high pressure and high volume. Its a bit of a work out too. Gym guys love it.
Other things we do sometimes: yes everyone helps.
Weld. Fix pumps, gearboxes, engines, Check oil everyday
wash vehicles, change tires, Install parts. Improve the system.
Rules.
No smoking on site! ever. Only in your car.
No Drugs, No sleeping in, No criminal activity,
No fighters, No heavy drinkers, No mamas boys
No excuses. other than that we are all happy.
Requirements:
Must have your own vehicle (that you can drive to multiple jobsites every day.) motorcycle ok
Must wear junk clothing that may get bleach on them.
Must bring and wear waterproof boots every day
Ok to wear(waterproof) headphones, listen to music etc. all day. Makes it better
