Leasing consultant in a busy apartment community!
Full time position now available, 40 hours a week. Must be available to work Saturdays.
Apartment community is hiring immediately for leasing consultant. Must be outgoing, driven, and be customer service oriented. Friendly and upbeat attitude at all time is a must! HIGH ENERGY! Make our prospects fall in love with our community. Customer service experience desired and great people skills is a must. Are you someone that makes friends with anyone and are comfortable putting yourself out there? This job is for you! The right candidate must have a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility with time.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn the trade of property management!
Responsibilities will include:
- Tour apartment homes with new prospects
- Process new resident applications
- Lease signings
- Online advertisements like Craigslist, Apartment Finder, etc.
- Handling resident requests and submitting maintenance requests
- Assist in administrative duties
- Multi-task
- Set leasing appointments through lead phone calls and internet leads
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be friendly and easily connect with prospects
