This is a commission-only independent contractor position.
We provide warm leads. You call, set the appointment, present, and close.

Western Florida Panhandle and Lower Alabama
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Warm, pre-qualified leads
Average job size: $10,000–$15,000
Proven, high-demand home improvement services
Training and support
WHAT YOU DO:
Call provided leads
Set your own in-home appointments
Present and close at the kitchen table
COMPENSATION:
10% -15% commission ($1,000–$2,250 per sale)
Uncapped earning potential
$150K+ realistic for the right closer
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven in-home closing experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, flooring, coatings, etc.)
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
Reliable transportation
This is NOT hourly or salary.
