HIRING STORAGE SALES/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENATIVE.
Emerald Coast Storage, A-Less Storage is in search of a part time sales (4 days a week) representative to work in our office. Starting at $16 per hour.
8:45am to 2:00pm
Responsibility's will include:
Provide excellent customer services.
Learn computer storage software and utilize it effectively
Recommend appropriate sizes and services for customer’s needs
Stay focused on following up on new prospect sheet on a daily basis.
Assist manager in on going projects
Maximize conversion of telephone to move in remotely is our #1 goal. It’s very simple and quick Vs walk-in inquires turn into rental. Closing on the customer quickly is important so we don’t lose to our competitors.
Understand and explain the leasing process to customers
Take payments, accurately manage cash and balance receipts
Sell merchandise including packing and moving supplies and insurance to protect our customer’s goods
Maintain accurate records for each customer including contracts, insurance and change of address and correspondence to or from customers
Occasionally Conduct daily visual and unit audits of entire facility as well as perform lock checks
Occasionally perform maintenance inside the facility and on the grounds including: sweeping, changing light bulbs and removing debris in storage units etc.
Utilize social media as instructed for new business development
Responsible for collections of delinquent accounts
Have a willing attitude towards projects
