Be able to work independently on a daily basis.

Stay informed about current trends in fine jewelry to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Proven ability to upsell products and engage customers through effective communication.
Experience with cash handling procedures and operating POS systems is essential.
Familiarity with supervising staff or mentoring new employees is a plus.
A background in grocery store sales can be beneficial, showcasing versatility in customer service skills.
