Residential Roofing Sales Rep
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, showcasing our services, and building lasting relationships. We are a roofing contractor that has been in business for 35 years and are continuing to grow . We service residential as well as commercial projects covering a large range of products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits with potential clients and walk them through the process, as well as create proposals while on site.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new opportunities.
Utilize a CRM program to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Learn and understand the roofing industry as a whole in our market.
Requirements:
Experience in sales.
Experience in construction/roofing.
Ability to walk on roofs / not scared of heights.
Valid US drivers license.
Ability to pass drug test.
Familiarity with CRM software or computer knowledge is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
