Position: Flooring Contractor
Location: Gulf Breeze, FL but we accept jobs from Pensacola down to Destin

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced flooring contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in installing a variety of flooring types, including hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, and moldings. Shower and cabinet installing is a huge plus. This contractor will play a critical role in our client’s project journey, from initial measurements to the final installation.
Responsibilities:
-Install hardwood, LVP, tile, and moldings with precision and attention to detail.
-Visit future clients' homes to conduct measuring appointments, ensuring all dimensions and project details are accurately recorded for project planning.
-Collaborate closely with the project manager to communicate all project details and ensure smooth scheduling and invoicing.
-Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in every project while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or client consultations.
Requirements:
-Extensive experience in flooring installation, including hardwood, LVP, tile, and molding installation.
-Ability to accurately measure spaces and relay important details for project planning.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the project manager and clients.
-Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various job sites and client homes.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
