Experienced professional HVAC technician needed to install new mini-split units in mobile homes.
Recently purchase 20 unit mobile home community is now under renovation. Currently we have 8 mini-split units that need installed. Units are delivered on site.
Scope of Work
Mount install plate
Drill line set hole through wall
Attach head unit
Seal wall cut hole inside / outside
Mount chase for line set
Install wall compressor mount- 6 bolts
Unpack / attach compressor
Pull line set and connect to head and compressor
Connect wires to existing cut off box
Check unit for leaks and correct operation
Clean up work areas / dispose of all debris
Most units vacant for easy installation
Must own professional tools. Provide your own transportation. If you are stable with creditable history for mini-split experience- feel free to respond.
Pay is $225 per unit install
May have other HVAC service work at same site and will pay $40/ hr -
After hours work and weekends are ok to install.
