J&L Transmission is a family-owned shop run by, well, just Josh and his father, Jay. We're a small but mighty team, and we're looking for another gearhead to join our crew.

Weekends Off: Enjoy your weekends – we've got you covered Monday-Friday.
Family Vibes: We're more like a family than just coworkers. Expect some friendly banter and a relaxed atmosphere (as long as the transmissions are getting fixed, of course!).
No Micromanaging: We trust our team. If you know what needs to be done and can get it done, we're all for it.
What You'll Be Doing
Pulling & Replacing Transmissions: You'll be the muscle behind the magic, expertly removing and reinstalling those transmissions.
Keeping Things Moving: This is a busy shop, so you'll need to be a self-starter who can keep the work flowing.
We're looking for someone who
Knows Their Stuff: Experience with transmission work is a must, which means you should have a fair amount of your own tools to start work with.
Can Roll with the Punches: Things can get hectic sometimes, so you need to be able to adapt and keep your cool.
Has a Good Attitude: A positive and can-do attitude is essential.
