Join this existing team as a Senior Project Manager and you could work with our local client onsite! This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Plantation, Florida area. The Sr. Project Manager will be managing key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. This position succeeds when it serves as a key member of the team, ensuring that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. This position is also responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Key responsibilities

- Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

- Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

- Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable

- Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist

- Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

- Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

- Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

- Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief

- Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards

- Gathers information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into recommendations

- Monitors and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Steers project planning

- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments

- Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

- Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers

- Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams


- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- Agile project management experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture

- SAFe Agilist experience highly desired

- SDLC Methodology experience preferred

- Adeptness in DevOps

- JIRA experience

- Expertise in scrum

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience

- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

- You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused

- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications
