PURPOSEThe Recruiter executes a high touch recruiting process for our hiring managers and candidates for their assigned requisitions. This team member reports to the Corporate Recruiter. They also partner with other HR resources to provide optimal business support through the company’s recruiting activities, systems and processes. This includes actively recruiting on behalf of the organization every day, while assisting the Corporate Recruiter in developing, and managing recruitment programs.
