Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Port Charlotte, Florida. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your main responsibilities will encompass a range of accounting functions, with a focus on managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and handling cash activities. Responsibilities: You will oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role involves maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer credit records. Managing customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner is a key part of the role. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary is an essential task. You will be required to utilize various accounting software systems, including Quickbooks Online. You will manage billing functions, ensuring that all invoicing is accurate and timely. You will be required to manage cash handling processes, ensuring all cash activity is accurately recorded.
