Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a CNC Programmer in Riviera Beach, Florida. This role is within the sign industry and will involve working on diverse and exciting projects. As a Programmer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating product designs into computer models, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting issues during the design process, and maintaining a library of programs. Responsibilities Interpreting blueprints and design models accurately to aid in product creation Utilizing CAD software and other related tools to translate product designs into computer models Selecting and inputting the appropriate cutting tools for each project Adjusting machine settings to meet specific product specifications Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the instructional design process Collaborating with router specialists, engineers, fabricators, and management to ensure smooth project execution Keeping up with technological advancements and adapting accordingly for efficient work processes Revising programs and documentation based on engineering changes Maintaining a comprehensive library of programs for future reference Developing and designing work holding and selecting cutting tools as required.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Programmer Analyst role or similar position. Proficiency in CAD - CAM (Computer-Aided Design - Computer-Aided Manufacturing). Demonstrable skills in CAD - Computer Aided Drafting or Design. Experience with CAD Software is mandatory. Familiarity with CNC Machines and CNC Equipment operation. Proficiency in CNC Programming is required. SolidWorks expertise is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
