Description We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team based in Sanford, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves handling the revenue cycle, maintaining customer relations, and managing B2B collections in a systematic and efficient manner.Key responsibilities: Managing the revenue cycle workflow efficiently and accurately. Facilitating timely collections to ensure proper reimbursement and reduced deductions. Handling incoming payments with precision and allocating them to the corresponding open invoices. Monitoring customer accounts and identifying delinquencies that need to be addressed. Communicating with other departments and working with the internal team to determine the cause of delinquencies. Sending account statements to customers and contacting them for payment. Identifying transactional errors and contacting internal/external customers for resolution. Escalating issues as appropriate and assisting in the development of effective and efficient methods. Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure a streamlined flow through the entire revenue cycle. Conducting daily incoming and outgoing transactions within the scope of the revenue cycle. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in billing functions Solid understanding and experience in collection processes Proven experience in B2B collections Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and collection software Possess strong organizational and time management skills High ethical standards and professionalism, respecting the confidentiality of customer information Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
